"I decided it was time for me to take care of Nancy! I walked into the showroom on a rainy thursday night and spotted a Cobalt Blue Softail. I hadnt ridden in years but knew I wanted to experience what owning my own Harley could offer. I made 4 trips every thursday in June eyeing that bike. Justin was patient and allowed me to 'shop' ..till I made the decision. "Picked up new crossbones from Cat about a week ago, overall it was awsome. She was fun to deal with right from the start. Answered all my questions and concerns very well. She and Jason gave me a great deal, and made my purchase amazing. Sean was quick and to the point, so that i could get out there and ride. "Big Bob" over in parts hooked me up with what i needed, and some great advice on what parts work the best. The poker game after i signed was great got a 40 dollar credit, with wich i bought a sweet jacket, the motorclothes dept. was great too. Overall this was one of best buying experiences out there. "I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to do business with your dealership but especially to work with Justin Towle. Justin made purchasing a motorcyle a pleasant experience. "All my friends buy bikes from Kelly's. After I had shopped a few dealers they told me to go see Adam at Kelly's. They talked him up so much I had to check it out. I didn't tell Adam that I had many friends who had bought bikes from him, but he still treated me with such respect I was blown away. " I worked with Geoff Poore in sales and left the bldg. with a new Fatboy which I am very happy with. Geoff did a great job in selling the bike to me as well as explaining all options. Nice guy, how do you not buy something from him. I also worked with Sean Walsh with all the paperwork of the sale. Sean was very professional and made life easy with the transaction. I have also gotten to know the women in the store, buying helmuts, gloves, etc. etc. etc. Very friendly. Dan Delaney has been very good in the service area helping me order other parts for the bike. Very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with. All in all, I am very happy that I bought a Harley, finally, and also very happy that I bought it at Kelly's Harley Davidson. Salesman Adam Marasca took the time to get me the machine I wanted and to suggest the accessories that would complete it.
